Approach:

Allyson is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply committed to an approach rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, and collaborative care. Allyson honors each person’s unique story and works alongside them, creating a safe and supportive space for the body to unwind, release, and reconnect with its inherent wisdom.
