Professional and respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, other clients, or anyone else on the premises will not be tolerated. If your behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. This includes any behaviour that may compromise the safety or well-being of yourself, our staff, or other clients.

Our facility is committed to providing safe and effective care. If you arrive for an appointment under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair your ability to make informed decisions or participate in your treatment, we may be unable to provide services at that time. If you are denied treatment due to being under the influence or exhibiting inappropriate behavior, the appointment will be considered a “no-show” or “cancellation.” As such, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment as per our no-show policy. Please ensure you arrive sober and in a state that allows for respectful and cooperative interaction to avoid these charges.

Please maintain a soft, soothing volume throughout the spa. We encourage the use of “spa voices” to preserve the serene ambiance.
Scent Sensitivity:
Our spa focuses on using essential oils and natural scents to create a calming environment. We ask that guests refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances to enhance the comfort of everyone.
