Nathalie Duarte graduated from Makami College in 2019 with a 3000-hour diploma. Her goal is to treat and relieve muscle ailments through therapeutic treatments that reduce stress and physical discomfort. Nathalie is also trained in Cyriax Frictions, an advanced technique for soft tissue injury treatment.

She integrates a variety of modalities into each treatment, tailored to the specific needs of her clients. These include deep tissue, therapeutic massage, cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, facilitated stretching, hot stone therapy, prenatal and postnatal massage, reflexology, and relaxation techniques.

Nathalie is committed to continuous learning and growth in her field, finding great reward in helping clients progress both physically and emotionally. She provides personalized home care advice, teaching clients exercises and stretches to support their healing journey. Nathalie believes in the body’s natural ability to heal itself and is here to assist in that process.

Additionally, she speaks Spanish and warmly welcomes the Latin community to the spa, excited to offer her support!
